Multifunction printers offer functions that go far beyond the actual printing process of documents. By means of the finishing options, documents can for example be punched and stapled.
steadyPRINT supports the finishing options of punching and stapling with the following default values:

These standards are offered to each user as an option for selection within the VPD driver dialog (see figure VPD2 Print settings: Selection of punching standards):

Multifunction printers can offer further options for punching and stapling that go beyond the default options. They are imported and assigned in steadyPRINT via the Center.
The administration of the Finishing Options is available under [Printer] > VPD > Finishing Options. Here you have the option to create individual finishing options by means of the manufacturer printer driver.
