Features

| steadyPRINT VPD: Modification of copies to be printed in vPrinter window | The user is now able to subsequently modify the number of copies to be printed via the steadyPRINT VPD window. This function might be helpful especially when printing documents that are stored in batch printers. |
| steadyPRINT VPD: vDirect printer | So far, when printing with steadyPRINT VPD, the target printer has been selected via an intermediate dialog. The new steadyPRINT vDirect printer provides the possibility to print without dialog. The printer to be used is permanently stored so that no subsequent selection is required. The target printer is directly selected in the respective program. For the user, the handling is the same as with usual network or local printers. |
| steadyPRINT VPD: Setting vDirect printers as default | The vDirect Printer can either be set as default printer via the Center or the agent. |
| steadyPRINT VPD: Extension of the vPrinter interface | The interface of the steadyPRINT vPrinter is more user-friendly and provides additional functions:

| steadyPRINT VPD: Support of local printers | steadyPRINT VPD now integrates local printers. This way even passed-on printers can be used on a terminal server for the printing process in the interface of the steadyPRINT vPrinter. |
| steadyPRINT Center: Moving several objects within the printing environment | The new interface has been extended by the option to move several objects in one go. |

| steadyPRINT Center: Revision of the organization of assignments | The Center provides new views in order to clearly organize the printer assignments for network printers, local printers, the vPrinter and the vDirect Printers. |
| steadyPRINT Agent: Improvement of the default printer behavior | The implementation of setting the default printer in different scenarios has been simplified and improved. |
Bug Fixes

| steadyPRINT VPD: Language recognition for some countries incorrect | The language recognition for Dutch partly does not work. This problem has been fixed. |
| steadyPRINT Agent: Workaround for printer driver installation with unknown print processor | In case the print processor is unknown or cannot be installed, error 1008 or 3000 can partly occur when installing the printer driver via steadyPRINT. This problem has been fixed. |
| steadyPRINT Agent: The disabled setting “Setting of local default printer” might not work as expected. | Although the above function is disabled, the default printer set via the folder “devices and printers” is stored in the database. According to the description, this should not be the case. The bahavior has been adapted. |
| steadyPRINT Center: Role printer administration does not allow adding a printer | The role printer administration is normally intended to add printers. Currently, this is only possible via the role print server administration. The assignment of permissions has been adjusted. |
| steadyPRINT Center: Removal of several display errors | The Center has been completely redesigned resulting in the occurrence of some display errors. |
