Print server is displayed under local printers in the steadyPRINT Center

Description of the problem

We are facing the problem that our print server is suddenly displayed under “local printers and assignments” instead of “print servers”. Can you provide further assistance?

Solution

The classification of the print servers into the respective print server folder “local printers and assignments” and “print servers” is done on the basis of the print server role. Please make sure that the affected printer has been assigned to the correct role which can be adjusted via the “Settings” tab in the print server view of the steadyPRINT Center.
