Why don’t I see any computer information in the inventory in the tree view of some computers?


Solution

For the inventory of local printers and computer information, the option steadyPRINT Center > settings > Agent profiles > [profile] > inventory > inventory local printers needs to be enabled in the Agent profiles.

The inventory of computer information takes place when the steadyPRINT Agent is started and is only possible on one workstation. If clients are started on terminal servers, no information is written into the database.

Dependencies:

Installed steadyPRINT Agent on a workstation.
