Agent remains in offline mode after update
Description of the problem
Since the update of our steadyPRINT database to Version 5.2.0, the old steadyPRINT Agents (Version 5.1.0) can no longer access the database and remain in offline mode (grey symbol in task bar).
Solution
Up to version 5.1.5, the steadyPRINT Agent automatically switches to offline mode if a difference to the database version is noticed. In version 5.2.0 this behaviour has been adjusted so that the Agent remains “online”. However, we recommend a prompt update in order to guarantee the correct operating mode of steadyPRINT in any case.
