We provide support for the current Major.Minor release as well as the two previous Major.Minor releases (e.g. 10.0, 9.1, and 9.0). Older versions are not supported. Please update your software regularly to benefit from the latest features and security updates.

In order to start the TeamViewer remote service, please click the symbol and start the software. Then notify the support employee of the number which is necessary to build up the connection to your computer.
