The license volume is exhausted
Description of the problem
When PMP starts, a license message appears indicating that the allowable number of users has been exceeded even though there are enough licenses available.
Solution
This only affects versions before 4.0: By incorrectly stopping the steadyPRINT agent, it can occur that sessions are not correctly signed out in the steadyPRINT database. The license check at startup then indicates that the number of users allowed has been exceeded. Update to a newer version or contact our support staff at support@steadyprint.com.
