Description of the problem
Printer connections in a terminal server session based on the computer name are not set up.
Solution
Ensure that the setting “original client name passed through to all sessions” is active under “Settings > Printer Connections > Citrix XenApp” in steadyPRINT Center. Otherwise the client name cannot be found by steadyPRINT Agent.
